January 1960 Chubu Nippon Shinpan Co., Ltd. established.
August 1962 Launched shopping credit business (installment sales credit for goods sold).
February 1963 Started a financing service for credit coupon members.
September 1968 Started a credit guarantee business.
April 1969 Changed the credit coupon business to the credit card business, and started to provide a cashing service.
May 1971 The company name changed to Chunichi Shinpan Co., Ltd.
November 1972 Moved the head quarter and Head Office Sales Division to 1-30, Kamimaezu 2-chome, Nagoya Ciry.
March 1973 Established the Osaka Branch (presently Osaka Sales Division) office in Kita-ku, Osaka.
March 1975 Established the Tokyo Branch (presently Tokyo Sales Division) office in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo
September 1976 Established the Fukuoka Branch (presently Fukuoka Sales Division) office in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka.
March 1977 Renamed Central Finance Co., Ltd. on the merger.
January 1978 Launched the collection outsourcing business.
November 1979 Listed on the Second Section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
March 1980 Moved the head quarter and Head Office Sales Division to 20-27, Nishiki 3-Chome, Naka-ku, Nagoya City.
October 1980 Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
February 1982 Launched an international card, affiliated with MasterCard.
September 1982 Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
April 1983 Moved the Head Office Sales Division to 1-1, Sakae 3-chome, Nagoya City.
June 1984 Established CM Auto Service Co., Ltd. (presently CF Car System Co., Ltd.)
April 1986 Established CF Planning Co., Ltd. (presently Cedyna Planning Co., Ltd.)
April 1987 Established CF Total Service Co., Ltd. (presently Cedyna Total Service Co., Ltd.)
July 1987 Established CF Auto Lease Co. Ltd. (presently a consolidated subsidiary)
December 1992 The JTB Card business was transferred.
July 2002 Established CF Collection Service Co., Ltd. (presently a consolidated subsidiary)
June 2003 Moved the Osaka Sales Division office to Chuo-ku, Osaka City
October 2004 Established East Tokyo Sales Division in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
October 2004 Moved the Head Office Sales Division office to 5-14, Masaki 3-chome, Nagoya City.
December 2004 Changed the name of Head Office Sales Division into Nagoya Sales Division.
April 2007 Signed a contract with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group Inc. and Mitsui & Co. on a strategic affiliation in the consumer finance business.
April 2007 Established CF Shinyohosho Co., Ltd. (presently a consolidated subsidiary)
July 2007 Underwrote capital increase by third-party allotment of shared issued by QUOQ Inc.
February 2008 Reached a basic agreement on the merger with OMC Card Inc. and QUOQ Inc.
