First, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continuing counsel and support.

On May 1, 2011, Cedyna became a wholly owned consolidated subsidiary of SMFG Card & Credit, Inc., which belongs to the Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc.("SMFG"). As a member of SMFG group, Cedyna is committed to providing our customers with smooth payment methods and related services as we carry out our role and mission in the field of consumer finance.

Our primary objective is to offer an array of services to benefit consumers so that we will always be there to meet every need and demand. At the same time, our development is inextricably linked to the development of our affiliated merchants. We thus aim to provide optimal payment solutions which maximize our credit card, installment and collection outsourcing services, based on Cedyna's marketing strengths to enhance card usage and its nationwide sales network and close partnerships with various financial institutions.

Our operating environment remains highly uncertain, a situation made even more adverse by the tragic earthquake and tsunami. No matter what difficulties are laid before us, Cedyna is determined to fulfill its corporate mission to emerge as the market leader in the field of consumer finance. We will do so by meeting the diverse financial needs of customers with the finest products and services, creating ways for every user of our products and services to achieve new dreams and enhance customer satisfaction. Our mission is firmly grounded on the imperative of building confidence and credibility through every corporate endeavor.
